Terms & Conditions

By submitting to the Movie Screeners Club, you agree to the following:

You must own all rights and permissions for your film and its contents.
Submission fees are non refundable in all cases (withdrawal, reschedule, or if not selected).
Selection is not guaranteed due to limited runtime.
If selected, you must attend the screening in person and join the live Q&A. Monthly Audience Choice winners must also attend the December event to remain in the Champion lineup.
Audience Choice winners agree to participate in Festival promo, including interviews or highlight features.
Films must be provided as a DCP (scope format). Gardena Cinema charges a $50 conversion fee if you don’t provide one. The Festival is not responsible for DCP or projection issues at Gardena.
The Festival may use stills, trailers, or short clips for promotion.
The Festival does not pay screening fees or royalties.

By submitting a film, the applicant confirms that they:

Have read and agree to the Festival’s Submission Agreement.

Hold all necessary rights and permissions for the film.

Understand that all fees are non refundable.

Agree to attend the event in person if selected, and to participate in the live Q&A.

Understand that Monthly Audience Choice winners must attend the December event and take part in Festival promo (interviews, highlights, etc.).

Acknowledge that providing a proper DCP is their responsibility and that the Festival is not liable for conversion or projection issues at Gardena Cinema.

Accept that Festival programming and award decisions are final.
