How It Works

  • Submissions are open monthly

  • Films are reviewed on a rolling basis

  • Programming space is limited each month

  • Films not selected may be considered for a future screening

  • Due to submission volume, we’re only able to contact selected filmmakers

Requirements

  • All genres and formats are welcome

  • No AI-generated content

  • Most monthly selections are 15 minutes or under, though longer films may still be considered

I own or have secured all necessary rights to the copyrighted, trademarked, or private property shown or heard in my film

I authorize The Movie Screeners Club to use stills, trailers, and short clips from my film for promotional purposes

Entry Fee

$15 (Non-refundable)

First-time submitters may use waiver code GARDENA

Awards

  • Each screening includes an audience vote

    • The top-voted film receives the Audience Choice Award

  • Each monthly Audience Choice winner advances to our Film of the Year screening in December

If Selected

  • Films must be delivered as a Scope DCP

    • DCP conversion is available through Gardena Cinema for $50, if needed

  • Projection and playback are handled by Gardena Cinema
